Did I shave my chest for this?

Scarlet: This year's Nashville Pride committee asked us for two candidates for their annual drag fundraiser. Jeff B., a.k.a. Ivonna and myself were the chosen ones. Yes, I have been in drag before but never quite like this. . . camp drag meets Halloween. This was also the first time that I ever shaved my chest. I'll never do that again! I always thought that the hardest part of drag was learning how to walk in the heels or wearing makeup but no . . .shaving my chest and having it all grow back in was the most un-nerving experience I have gone through in years. UGH. I teased my big brother (Jeff B.) that his six hairs he has to shave doesn’t amount to what I have. Oh, and I swear they're coming back in with more gray hair than I shaved off. So if you see this Jewish princess out in drag again it will be with chest hair.

Ivonna: Helping out the Pride committee with their Turnabout night was great. Having the pleasure of seeing my Little Brother transformed into the Jewish Princess was the best part of the evening . The pain on his face wearing the heels was priceless, and yes, seeing him go through the pain and discomfort of having his chest return to normal was equally priceless. If we had used our brains and returned to our jeans and tee-shirt, we might have been able to walk the next day without pain. After doing the show at Play, we went on our own bar crawl of Nashville. Visiting the rest of the bars on Church Street and having a few more cocktails we ended the night at the Chute. While at the Chute, We were asked to join the cast for the 2nd show. That was something we did not expect, but we did it and had a great time. Thank you all for your support of the Conductors and our Nashville Community.
